    I am looking to sell a home improvement related site

    The site is 6 months old

    The site has made money on adsense and 2 links

    Revenue from links @$200 for the year x 2 links sold = $400

    Revenue from adsense

    Sept = $62.39
    October =$76.28
    Nov = $74.69
    Dec ( so far this month) = $62.34

    Traffic generation?

    Search & Promotion


    I also have had google analytics on this site as well for the last 4 months, so if you are serious buyer I can export a pdf got you so you can see all the stats if you are into analytics.

    About the content,

    The site has 900+ pages indexed in google

    The site has 1000+ pages indexed in yahoo

    The site has 125 + articles

    The site has custom unique how to video guides branded for the site.

    The site has promotional banners for myspace and more.

    The Price is $1850 because of all the unique content and all.

    Just remember also ITS WINTER , and those are some nice adsense stats , Just think when the summer comes and all the searches go up by 100x
