    This blog is one of the resources I use to promote my new websites:

    It was posted on DP a while ago and I think contains some super good information. It's got almost everything that's "by the book" stuff and some unique ideas.

    Google Answers is no longer accepting questions. Google Answers has been retired.

    I referred to Yahoo Answers, not Google Answers. Yahoo Answers obviously allows URL in the questions and answers.

    That's an absolutely wrong idea. Just visit http://answers.yahoo.com/ and you will see a lot of answers with URL. Yahoo Answers automatically converts URL into hyperlink.
