$1000+/month revenue, pr 3 , rss readers 160, get the site for $5000

I'm selling my only blog, called "fundacionmax.org". I didn't intend to sell it when I started it. However, recently due to other priorities, I was finding it hard to update it and now I decided to sell it.



This blog has about 109 total external links (including backlinks from various blogs) according to Google Webmaster Tools.


Note: The backlinks are not from link exchanges. They are one way links.

The blog is not very old. It started around the period of the last PR update. Earlier it had a blogger domain: highaviators.blogspot.com.Then I recently bought a new domain for it: fundacionmax.org.The domain now has a page rank of 3.

The old domain now redirects to the new domain. The link juice I can see is being passed on to the new domain. The search engine traffic has decreased a bit after the redirect but I'm sure it'll be a lot higher after the next PR update. Currently, it gets about 10% to 15% search engine traffic. You can expect a very high pagerank for this blog in the next update.
The earning potential of the blog is $500+/month

The traffic has been slightly falling since I've not been able to update it regularly (which is why I'm selling it). However, the blog still gets about 2,000 visitors a month with pageviews varying between 3,000 to 4,000 a month. But once you update it regularly, I'm sure you'll be gaining a lot of traffic.

I don't want to reveal the expected price. However, I want the bidding to start from $3000. Also note, if the bidding doesn't come close to my expected price, I reserve the right to cancel the selling of this blog.

I see no real advertising on there, I wouldnt trust this seller.

 

As usual it is also against google TOS to sell blogspot blogs or content.. as people seem to forget!
