Just by looking at link popularity reports your competitor's site is beating you backlink wise, this is without me even looking at either of the sites. You need to build more backlinks, use the anchor text "Free Ipod Touch" to help rank faster in Google, remember backlinks take time to mature, don't expect results over night.

Even though everyone has been saying the same thing -- build links.. What they've been overlooking is this - Just building links wont be enough - You really need to make sure that your not spamming all the links with the same anchor and building your links semantically. From what i've observed between you and your competitor - Your content isnt SUPER relevant to your keyset in other terms - You need content which is better than your competitor. Another factor you should be working in is refining your header tag.

I do not have that money to purchase a link nor any sites for providing reciprocal links. If you can just explain to me with an example how this works and which are the sites (with your SEO experience) that I can use to get back links. I shall be really very grateful.
Simple, try to get as more as links with from the relevant websites with the tilte - "free ipod touch" and you can be the 1st one in Google.
