Google Answers is no longer accepting questions. Google Answers has been retired. I referred to Yahoo Answers, not Google Answers. Yahoo Answers obviously allows URL in the questions and answers.
That's an absolutely wrong idea. Just visit http://answers.yahoo.com/ and you will see a lot of answers with URL. Yahoo Answers automatically converts URL into hyperlink.
