Most blogs now us no follow links and they do not help site. If they do have regular urls with out no follow they can help make sure they relate to your sites topic.
Bloggers like myself (LCD LOVE DAILY MYSPACE LAYOUTS) are starting to set their blog to Do-follow instead of No-Follow, the only stipulation is that you provide meaningful comments and your site isn't a NSFW site. You can find more here: http://www.dofollowblogs.com/
As previously said, goto View-->Page Source then Edit-->Find and write "nofollow". If you need some cheap and paid service to find list of high pr blogs without nofollow, please check my signature.
I guess that most blogs are nofollow because it is the default setting (at least at blogger). But it is very unclear how to change this parameter. Can somebody suggest how to make it dofollow for blogger? Thanks
Actually, I run around with comment hut to find blogs, and I rarely find one with "no follow". But then that might be just because I'm floating around in niche that isn't highly profitable on the web (indie film).
I found this excellent article which should provide the answer: http://webstractions.blogspot.com/2007/05/removing-nofollow-from-blogger-styled.html
Leaving meaningful comments on blogs with do follow instruction is excellent strategy for getting backlinks. This helped me to boost pr on all my blogs. Leaving multiple comments is even better
Use the SEO Plugin for Firefox. If any links contain "nofollow", they will highlight them in red. You can usually just look at other people's comments and see if their name is highlighted in red. If it is, you know the blog is nofollow.
Great tip DrewAMP, I do the same, I dont think I would live with out the SEO plugin for Firefox, my other favoriate tool is the SlayerOffice Mouse Over DOM Inspector MODI V2 Just bookmark the link on the page Regards Ben
