I have 4 websites each getting good traffic, one gets around 1000 uniques while the other get between 10 - 200 uniques / day. I've signed up with good submitting 1 site, can I add the others or can i just put my ad code on the other sites.
Yes. You are allowed to ad your site on as many websites as you want, as long as they are all within AdSense TOS. Once approved, you can setup channels to keep track of each site. *EDITED OUT GOODLUCK.*
It's fine. Just remember for proxy sites to place the ads on the MAIN PAGE and not the proxified page. If your main site gets accepted, you can generate codes to sign up for your proxies as well. Also, your main site... the one in red... will not get accepted into the AdSense program. You need to create a blog or something (free blog at blogger.com) and create a couple decent articles and then sign up. I can't see them accepting a site like that.
