Buy Domains Hidden by Proxies

    Hi,

    I'm wondering how I should go about buying a domain if it's hidden by a proxy. I searched the WHOIS and all the contact details are for the WHOIS proxy. The domain was created in 1996, so I doubt the email the proxy email forwards to is still being checked.

    If it's a private or hidden registration, they will usually provide an intermediary e-mail that can get you in touch with the registrar.

    It's whois privacy service. Some registrar offer free whois privacy service such as name.com and namecheap.
