I have installed wordpress locally. How can I import to my webhost?

    I installed WP locally with XAMPP..can you please tell me how can I import it to my webhost? My webhost(byethost.com) has fantastico, MySQL and PHPMyAdmin..will I be able to import my WP blog on my host then?

    You should coppy all the files to the new account and also the database. Then edit config.php and enter the data to connect to the db...

    What about the XAMPP files? Do I only have to upload the wordpress files? this can be done with fantastico..isn't it?

    If you didn't customize the WP much , then install the WP from fantastico then restore the local mysql database version, using your control panel and it should work correctly.

    Just export database from local MySql and import in your host Mysql.
