I am 98% sure it's a modified Wordpress CMS.
The structure looks the same (links etc.)

this is not a drupal website

 

I run a drupal. that doesn't look much like one, it's most likely a custom cms, if not. then it's a heavily modified cms of some sort.

And by clone, do you mean look, or features? What do you want it to be able to do?

 

You guys obviously dont know much about drupal it is drupal I am 100% sure
