I don't know if this is what you are asking but if you type this into google: inurl:banks you would see results that display websites with the word banks in their url. if not then you probably mean this: http://www.webconfs.com/website-keyword-suggestions.php or this: http://www.webconfs.com/keyword-density-checker.php
Thanks for that Edz. I am a newbie so my use of correct terminology is limited. The tools you have indicated are a very good start. However the tools are to assess the quality of keywords for a site IF a web crawler was to crawl it. However, what I was hoping to achieve was to know what a search engine "already" knows about a site. For example say you put in a URL, www.tools.com then the tool should list all the keywords a SE already has collected for that site eg. hydraulic tools, pneumatic tools etc. Is there such a tool or utility? Or would the search engines not release that info?
The last link i provided namely this one: http://www.webconfs.com/keyword-density-checker.php would give you this information. This will calculate what keywords are mostly used on your site. A Search Engine would do the same for you So if you use this tool you will find out how a Search Engine will view your site and which keywords it will find just as you described. It would be best to analyze your site with multiple keyword density checkers/analyzers so you could get a better estimate.
Thank you again Edz. I am learning quickly. I tried to use spider simulator on my site but had some issues. First, giving my full domain address produces nothing (i am sure my domain is listed and comes up in whois). However, with a IP address there is no problem. My site: http://www.visionsolutions.com.au comes up with no results but http://61.9.137.84 shows results Any ideas why my site name is not being resolved by the tool? I have no problems going to the site directly.
No probs. Funnily enough I tried couple of other sites and they worked with my domain name: http://www.gorank.com http://www.submitexpress.com (pretty useful)
