Anyone using Big Fish Games affiliate program (PNP)?

Basically it's an affiliate program where you can create your own gaming site (downloadable games) with free trials and if users buy you get paid for it for the lifetime of that user.

They claim it takes 2-3 months for revenue to pick up due to the nature of the try and buy.

I've recently added their content to my gaming site - www.playedonline.com. I'm not promoting it heavily, but the download section did get 1,200 visits in the past week. Out of these 1,200, 200 downloaded a game and tried it (so they show up on my affiliate account).

    But so far, $0.00.

I'll give it some more time as I don't really have anything better to put in the page space they're currently taking and report back to this thread once a week or so.

I'd be interested to hear about other people's experiences if anyone here is using them.

If you'd like to try them out you can sign up via the link in my sig (yes, it contains my affiliate code :))

As promised, here's an update on my stats:

18 days since I started promoting them.
    408 contacts
    4 sales ($20 in revenue).

Seems to be picking up. I guess they were telling the truth when they said that it takes people a week or two before they decide to buy a game.

The real test would be the increase in revenue from the first month to the second month. Ideally I want to make at least $500/month from them because I think that's what I can make with a PPC/PPI button on the home page to replace the "download free games" button.

Sounds good. I have an arcade and have looked at this before without much thought. I have bookmarked this page so that if I sign up I will signup under your ref link. How much traffic does your gaming site get? I mean uniques now?

I'm planning on building my arcade up with much more traffic so that it becomes very big and more revenue that I get from it the more I can pump back into it and grow it quicker.

    Hi,

I'm definately seeing better results with bigfishnow. I've been averaging two sales per day lately (which amounts to $10/day). I've also started linking some of the free flash games on my site to a bigfish game like this:

    http://www.playedonline.com/game/1876/Busy-Burger.html

It's still a bit early to tell but I think it's well worth the effort and page space.

www.playedonline.com now receives about 8,000 uniques per day, mostly from Google.

    Hi,

I am currently working on my site and Im not sure If I am going to go with BFG - mainly cause I understand the PNP but if someone buys through someone else and then go to my site and buy they would already have an account so the original affiliate would get the sale
