Want to incrase my traffic.

Hi,

I want to make my online forum active again, like it was a week ago when it throughout the week had about 50 people online at once, then my server went down, I am only getting min of 5 people not static anymore .

how can I incrase my traffic?

i've done yahoo groups emails, and I have put myself into about 500+ directories world wide.

I need some help with this..

I want to make my forum active.

It's about apple, computer, and technology based forum.

 

One thing I do that doesn't cost me anything, is place my ad on Instant Buzz. I also use TrafficSwarm to help boost traffic. Even make a sale once in awhile.

Rest of the time I write articles of interest to folks in the area I want associated with my website.

try Yahoo answer,answer few questions that related to your site every day and include you url

 

hmm, ok. I do yahoo groups every now and again.

 

You could try hiring some forum posters to make the forum look busy and try promoting it in social bookmarking sites

 

I get most of my traffic from stumble, Windows live.
