Muxla.com is a beautiful website that has numerous unique and exclusive tutorials on it. At the moment, it features 14 great tutorials!

The site itself is well-built, and has an admin control panel where you can control all aspects of your site, including adding and editing tutorials, and managing tutorial categories.

Muxla has done pretty well in terms of traffic and revenue, the screenshots have been uploaded which can be viewed at the top of this post.

Revenue hit $93.22 for 20 days of November, as seen in the screenshot. Traffic hit near 16,000 visitors for that period as well.

I've also sold two text links at $11.98, so that brings total revenue to $105.20 for November.

As you can clearly see, Muxla has the capabilities of thriving very quickly in the hands of a good owner. It needs someone who can manage such a site efficiently, and add tutorials every so often - whether they write them themselves, or get them written by someone else.

The sale includes the domain which is registered at NameCheap, and the entire site. The script used is no longer for sale by the owner, and therefore holds great value.

I'm actually selling this site very cheap for what it's worth - it seems Christmas expenses need fulfilling You can buy it now for only a little over 9 months worth of revenue, and keep in mind that this site will boom with the right owner, so you can earn much more with it.

Yep, but I had the intention to either flip or develop - so here's the sale thread now. If I don't get past the price in my head, I won't be selling.

50.6% of the traffic is from type-ins.
5.5% from SEs
43.7% from other websites (i.e. the tutorial submission sites such as Pixel2Life, and Good-Tutorials).

I will do a search for the screenshot with channel and put it up if I can find it.
