2) If featured does not help get backlinks, what does it do?
3) How do you get backlinks, or what is the best way to get them?
4) If I purchase x number of featured links, can they all be for the same site?
5) Will this help improve my ranking on Alexa and Google?

1. Yes it will give you backlinks. If you opted for the featured listing you will have three backlinks for three anchor text.

3. There are a lot of ways to get back links and you can search this forum for that.
4. If you purchase x number of links it will have to be different urls.
4.It will improve your rank if you got the links from quality sites. Backlinks will also improve your SERPs.
