WTB - Adbux like site script

    I have html + css design, I need adbux like script (Paid to click only )There will need to be:
    fully automated ($5 or $2, based on membership) PayPal, E-Gold($1 no-minimum, based on membership), MoneyBooker($5 or $2, based on membership) payments;
    fully automated ad campaigns buying;
    premium memberships with features same/close to same like on adbux;
    paid to click offers for members;
    advertiser ad campaigns :
    1)paid to click campaigns of my chosen price, timer, geographical, interests and premium membership targeting;
    2)text ad impressions on the left and right side of the website, with prices based on impressions count eg. $0.1 for 1000 impressions, $0.9 for 10000 impressions;
    3)banner ad impressions with specifications same as text ads.
