VERY low CTR on a good site + suggestion for 336x280 placement

    OK, it is about www.ad-sensing.com

    There are two things I'd like to ask:

    - The CTR is always below 1% - why? How do I make it (a lot) better?

    - Where should I, in your opinion, place 336x280 ad? I know it has the highest CTR.

    Try placing images around your asds, images catch people's eye and place the 336x280 inside your sites highest quality content :)

    nah, your site loads extremely slow for me. Maybe that has something to do with it?

    I don't think so. I didn't have reports that this site loads slow (until now, obviously).

    Anyone else experiencing same problems?

    yeah it kind of pauses when you first load it and I think you should work with your Ad placements a bit maybe move your text ads close to your actual content instead of way up at the top..

    There have been some server problems, now everything is fixed.

    @auburnfan23, that ad on the top - it has the highest CTR ;)

    @bob mill, you have to consider that people looking for adsense tips, know about adsense ads, and most of them wont click your ads, because they know they are ads and not links. So dont expect a high ctr in your site. Anyway there are more things you can do in order to get higher ctr.

    About your site:

    Nice logo.

    In the last post on your blog... dated December 20th.. it says how important it is to update your site and that you update your posts "at least" twice a day ... yet nothing posted on your site in the 3 days since then :(
