File hosting sites is really not suitable for adsense as the content is not in your hand. People can always upload porn and warez and report them to google. Sorry for the mishap mate..
Go for Kontera. It has an amazing ctr and the cpc is also as good as adsense. I get about 7-8cents per click. Along with that also go for widgetbucks. It has a very bad ctr but the cpc is amazing. I keep getting 45-50 cents a click. You have a big site(it earns $3000) so you can go for bidvertiser because people will bid on it.
Some months ago google deducted from my adsense account $4500 but i did not go banned. Reason: they said invalid clicks !!! When i asked them from where was comming that invalid clicks traffic, they said that this is a reservated information. Maybe will come the time when we must pay google to put their ads on our pages
This is why you got banned. Google doesn't generally trust sites that are that new that get that much traffic. Personally, I wouldn't have believed your site is doing fair SEO and referals as well.

Sorry to hear that, why are you looking for an alternative already? You said you've done nothing wrong and were within all the TOS guidelines, correct? Wait for your e-mail or go ahead and appeal the ban ASAP, you might find it was something stupid and get your account reactivated WITH your earnings back
i know sure they will say fraud clicks and i know google very good, they will say they will not tell me anything, it was wrong of me to get traffic from more than 250sites
Dont harp on it too much there are plenty of other options out there, which might bring better returns for you. My personal faves are Yahoo, Kontera, WidgetBucks and Text-Link-Ads, Regards Ben

All I can say is ouch! I am working on using an adsense alternative that will be out in 2008! This has potential! Is this going to be better than adsense? You will have to cut and paste the link.
