    Okay so I received two infractions for having threads in the wrong sections....

    My threads that were less than $5 were created:

    12/12/07 @ 10:43am PST and 12/13/07

    The new rule was posted:

    12/12/07 @ 11:37am PST

    So I accept penalty for not paying close enough attention to the new rule for my second thread but, I think one of my infractions should be removed because I actually created the thread BEFORE the new rule came out....

    Do I make sense or do I sound like an angry banshee? haha

    The best option is to report the same post to the mods and ask for the infraction to be removed due to the difference in timing. I am sure they will be lenient (if you quotes are accurate)

    haha thanks guys sounds like that is what I am gonna do, I'm still new here so being new and trying to follow rules and then NEW rules coming out before your completely settled can make it easy for you to trip and fall....

    True, I think Jaysmyne's thread was a few dollars though. Since the new rule was official after her thread for anything under $5 I would vote to reverse the infractions :)

    Many people now are selling right at $5 when the rule clearly states anything at $5 or lower lol
