Do you guys agree with this? I'd never thought of so many of these candidates falling more toward the right and as "authoritarians". Interesting. http://www.politicalcompass.org/usprimaries2008
lol wow. whoever made that needs to take the man meat outta their mouth before they go making websites about politics. good post i never saw that
Paul is closer to the center, near the bottom. That's where he should be. His platform is old right fiscal conservativism, and classic liberalism. Of course, a lot of misguided people think that Libertarianism is about feminism, gay rights and drug deregulation. On the contrary, Libertarianism is about individual liberty to do whatever you want to be, either conservative, liberal or something in between.
Yea I agree with the general location of candidates in relation to each other, but not on the map itself. How friggin' libertarian would you have to be to get near the bottom if Gravel only makes it about half way? My Graph:
What's weird is that it is almost an inverse Nolan Chart. Libertarianism is an upward path, authoritarianism is a downward path.
Economic Left/Right: 2.25 Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -1.59 my results. worst questions ever.. they put me near the center, idk how i could be more libertarian..
