Some people really kill me

Was stumbling around the forums today and came across myspace-resource.com. They showed stats at about 7-900 a day consistently. A Google earnings of $15-30 a day. Decided to check them out and went to there site. it forwarded me to http://www.myspacezero.com/. Listed are Yahoo ads for Chemotherapy. It just completely kills me when people do this. It gives the rest of us a bad name.

I have no idea how people think they will get people to click ads on site not related to topic they are looking for.

I think I've seen that layout on another myspace resource site. Is that based on some sort of turnkey script? It's actually quite appealing to me.

I wouldn't do this on my sites because I am growing something I want to be proud of, but I am curious how this can even take place? How can these ads get served up? There are no relevant keywords on the page.

What exactly is "the image trick"? Picture links instead of text links?
