    i want to create a forum
    where students can discuss about money making,subjects and so on
    and also about hacking is included
    i will never display my google adds on it
    can google wiil approve it

    Don't add the 'hacking' portion until after you've received approval! Then, you won't have to worry about it unless someone reports you. ;)
