Hi guys today i received $ from a person for adwords accounts which i sale here on DP but just after 5 minutes of receiving $ i got message that paypal have opened inquiry and need some details about the transaction they asked for the shipping address though i selected that this item dose not need to be shipped i gave it as N/A and down there was comments and specified there it was done 2 days back and still paypal dint replied to it nor they took any action please advice me what to do Thanx
this happens when the customer pays through credit card and may be if he is not the owner of the credit card... this happened to me also... and clarified all things in detail do disclose the buyer address if you have to paypal and the name and phone if you have this will help paypal to resolve the issue soon... and also ask your buyer to contact paypal about this transaction... my transaction query... which was questioned was solved in just 1.5hrs
ny ways whatever it is just tell them that it was your service that he paid for... and keep on answering their questions
Hey there sorry to hear this took about 4 weeks for me to get a reply back, not sure why they have done this to you but hang in there dont send out no more emails they will get back to you but might take a while. I hear there a number you can ring them on might be a better option for you not sure what number is though
usually when paypal are silent like this it is either they are waiting for the other side to respond or you just would not hear from them at all then after a short time you would receive an e-mail that the money has been taken you are best of dealing with the dp member directly on this
