coffee Useful or Harmful ?

    Hi Fellows,

    Appx. all peoples here are webmaster and large % of peoples takes coffee regularly..:)

    Few days ago I started it for night time to awake :eek:

    Now please tell me is it useful any benefits:confused:

    or useless and harmful for us :confused:

    Its not bad if you just drink a couple cups aday. Moderation is the key word.

    I like coffee so much and I guess it's brain activator but will hurt if taken too much of it

    that is why i mention only drink it in moderation such as when you really need it and only when you need to stimulate your brain. I would not drink cokes because it could cause you to have bad health. But coffee has been know to cause no bad health effects if you drink it in moderation's. Such as a cup or 2 per day.:)

    I love coffee and its not bad for you either. From what I understand its full of antioxidants and for people like myself who have asthma, it helps open up your airways.

    I give you secretes about tea, coffee and cold drinks
    --------------------------------------------------------
    if you take tea, coffee and cold drink before 2 hours meal and after 2 hours,
    it consume your all iron from your meal. this is harmful

    Caffeine is good for health as long as taken in limited quantities. It energises the body. Beyond a limit it is an addiction and harmful for health.

    I love coffee. In fact, my day's not normal without it. I only drink 3 cups a day so it's okay :)

    Coffee has great health benefits. The coffee beans have antioxidants and you should drink it in large quanities

    three cups of caffeinated coffee daily can reduce diabetes risk by single digits. But having six cups or more each day slashed men's risk by 54% and women's by 30% over java avoiders.

    At least six studies indicate that people who drink coffee on a regular basis are up to 80% less likely to develop Parkinson's Disease


    Coffee even offsets some of the damage caused by other vices, some research indicates. "People who smoke and are heavy drinkers have less heart disease and liver damage when they regularly consume large amounts of coffee compared to those who don't,"

    at least two cups daily can translate to a 25% reduced risk of colon cancer, an 80% drop in liver cirrhosis risk, and nearly half the risk of gallstones

    There's also some evidence that coffee may help manage asthma and even control attacks when medication is unavailable, stop a headache, boost mood, and even prevent cavities.

    Coffee is part of everyday life, so coffee is OK up to 4 - 5 cups.
