I like coffee so much and I guess it's brain activator but will hurt if taken too much of it why don't you start a poll on this ?
that is why i mention only drink it in moderation such as when you really need it and only when you need to stimulate your brain. I would not drink cokes because it could cause you to have bad health. But coffee has been know to cause no bad health effects if you drink it in moderation's. Such as a cup or 2 per day.
I love coffee and its not bad for you either. From what I understand its full of antioxidants and for people like myself who have asthma, it helps open up your airways.
