5 year old Halo Site

I want to sell this Halo site as I don't have time for it.

It makes about $35.00 - $40.00 per month with adsense and $30.00 from selling advertising.

I really would like to sell this site as I have no time to work on it.

It gets around 600 to 800 visitors per day and I've never worked on the site.

 

Referrer & Adsense proof is important to me. Could you pass that along as well?
