Bodybuilding or Jack LaLanne style? We don't all have to lift 300kg though, Grim. I have crap for bones, and I am a veggie. Thankfully though they are not related. I asked others with the same condition as myself, most of them are meat-eaters and they have crap for bones too.
Yes it is, the value of the protein of the soy though is still being fought over. Many do not believe it to be as good of a protein, especially not one of your only sources. Plus it'd be like eating chicken every single day, it's hard keeping up on the same food, especially to get enough protein. I know if done correctly you can live fairly healthily being a vegetarian, many however do not know what they are doing and end up getting sick.

Actually, reading the comment, I think the repper is a kookie omnivore, trying to convince Lexiseek to give up his vegetarianism. Tell you what, Lexis, you figure out what my repper's "Troffkid" is and I will work on sourcing your repper's lameness. Deal?
