    I know of plenty of people who are selling sites making 100 plus a month and asking in the 500-600 region. It depends on what the content of the site is and its age. So yes 500-600 can be fine for a site making 100 a month depending on how the site ranks and how long it has been up.

    3 or four persons have contacted me here with them. I could give you at least three. Plus on site point where I am monitoring a couple I have seen quite a few for 400 plus and that was the BIN. But as I said before these sites were new.
