Hi, I'm looking for a logo for a new brand skincare range.. I won't divulge the future brand-name because I don't want to risk it being pinched before the launch. All I can say, is that it is a two word brand-name, both consisting of 4 letters each. So I shall provide an imaginary name for design purposes. Utoe Pyoo .... (that was off the top of my head and i know it sounds ridiculous but the chosen letters are useful for layout purpose etc.) So, I need a logo for a beauty product that is completely natural. The range will cover skin cleansers, moisturisers etc etc. No chemicals whatsoever. I want it to be clean, simple but unique & striking at the same time. I don't yet have any idea what colour the packaging is going to be so it's an open market as far as ideas are concerned. Due to it being a very busy time of year & that I'm going to be very fussy, I'd like to keep this challenge open until the middle of January .... let's say January, 15, 2008. End time to coincide with the time of my posting. HOWEVER ... if I set my heart on a contribution before then, I will close the competition early. The end product must be sent to me in a format that I can edit and print for small bottle labels & up to A4 poster size please .... if that's possible ? Please ask questions on the thread or by pm if you need any more info. In my mind, I'm concentrating mostly on the font as the most important design aspect ... and I would like the capital U to have those two accents over the top i.e - dots, dashes or something integrated but still along those lines ... Thankyou, have fun
Here's my shot at it Just an idea of what it might look like on the product (Low quality image - meant just to give an idea)
for $200 i'll definitely be in this one.. scorpionagency-that's beautiful..very effective on the products this could be a tough comp. Can we at least be told if the name begins with the U and P? (real business name)..otherwise some entries are just going to be a waste of time.
Thanks, I wasn't sure myself if the U & P are the same as the real name either, mainly why I didn't put much effort into transposing it onto the labels of the demo product line. The concept I can put with any letters really. Good question, I'd rather know now so I can start reworking early into this rather than find out towards the end.
Hi there everyone I'm really impressed with the contributions so far, but have to dash out for the day in a little while, so won't be able to give individual feedback until later. The first letters of either word ARE the actual letters and the other letters are the correct layout for the real ones .... hope that helps ? Cool work guys, thanks so far
Logo Proposition for 'Utoe Pyoo' Note: Tagline is temporary and can be changed at any stage, by you, or myself if you would like. Thanks, FBL.
Last one I'll do before you give some feedback, let me know if anything i've done up to this point is in the general direction you want to go.
