Thats a news to me. I might be wrong but are search engine's not smart enough to know that what are sites doing for ages and what they are doing now.

Your domain is PR0 had it had some PR some weightage might have been given to it.

Can you make 2 or 3 changes/additions there?

1 - Advanced search or at least the possibility of search inside specific cities and categories.
2 - Inside each category make the top city names browseable, this allows an easier way to get where you want easily.
3 - Change that cities list to <li> instead of a "running text"

    Questions:

Do we get full rights for this script?
    Where is the domain?
When will the auction end, reserve price, Bin, etc... the usual

Ah! $100 to start this fast!

bogart: I could make this an auction, but I'm really looking for an offer that I feel is right. If you're looking for a starting place, I guess shenron kicked it off:)

suchiarya: educate yourself more about the subject please.

shenron: I'd consider these only at the right price:)

bonkerbids: It is tailored for alaska. Several databases sold here were filtered to extract the alaska entries. Then tables for each of the categories were made and a script to parse and display was done.

ok, and let's try to keep offers at least 50 usd away from each others. No one wants to turn this into a $1 increment bidding war:)

Interesting site. BTW, I'm a longtime (and current) Alaska resident. You should probably remove the reference to Spanish language in your opening paragraph. It is spoken very little up here. Trust me on that. :)

Yes Jim, but with global warming added-in you might find more taco stands
in Anchorage sooner than you think! lol! Sort Kyoto out and we might be able
to arrest the pace of migration a little. lol!

    Best,
    s ;-o

after looking over the site a bit, the database is very empty, even vague terms turn up little. Is there a way to scrape and add to it or must it be done manually?

    wowhaxor, remember, it's Alaska.
There are categories with hundreds of entries and others with few. This is what was alaska-related in the dbs people sell here.
