    At least Adbrite doesn't ban publishers and cheat them out of their earnings. oh, btw, yes, Adbrite is much better. Have you bothered to learn how to refer publishers and advertisers? Maybe if you figured that one out you mightbe singing a different tune. I've been referring banned Adsense publishers to Adbrite for two years and I get a nice paycheck each month from my referrals.

    back on topic, there's no way Wikipedia can remain non-profit and sell advertising space. It would be a total scandal.

    How much did you earn from the banned publishers? You can refer publishers to adsense too.

    Well, if Google was so scared they'd have a change of heart.

    Well, Wikipedia can still remain non-profit with the google ads - they can use all the funds to upgrade everything.

    Wiki should install google ads and use the money to promote open-source applications or non-profit applications.

    If Wikipedia were to don AdSense ads, it will probably have a surplus of millions even after spending it on servers.
    Wikipedia is the only one of the top 10 without a single advertisement on their site.
