Yep, so long as the title and description fitted the submission guidelines, I would submit it. Please check the submission guidelines first though, and make sure you are absolutley certain about the category you are submitting to.

depends on what you want to submit it for .. you want just another backlink in Google - try buying it want people on the web to find it , you probably should my 2c

lol, you are wrong. I don't need a backlink from Dmoz! Want to submit there due to standard of DMOZ, nothing else. I have enough backlinks and I don't need to buy links for OS Designer
