Cutting emissions is an effort that all industrialized nations must deal with sooner rather than latter. If we keep polluting the env. further all of humanity will be punished collectively as a results. After all we can't live a healthy life in a dirty environment.

I think cutting emission is a load BS, just an excuse they will use to tax us even more. I don't believe in climate change, if its happening its not because of CO2 emissions and doing anything wont change it.

Well even if you don't believe in global warming you have to admit that the air we breathe today is definitely not as clean as it was before the industrial revolution. There is more cases of cancer and health related issues today than say even 50 years ago. There must be a connection between all of this.

I do agree about general pollution, i think cancer is like 80% from smoking and the rest is from things like levels of radiation, mobile phone masts, crappy food, etc.

But thats nothing to do with CO2 emmissions, basically CO2 is what plants use to make oxygen, a volcano will produce more CO2 than all the cars in the entire planet.

Right but deforestation has a lot to do with the crisis too. We are pumping more CO2 into the atmosphere and cutting down more trees which in turn cant produce enough Oxygen.
