can't access e-gold

    I can't access my e-gold account.

    When I try to login it says

    "Access denied. The IP you are using to access the e-gold website (my ip) appears to be either an open proxy or otherwise exploited. "

    can somebody help ??

    If you are on dynamic ip try disconnecting and reconnecting to your ISP again.

    I tried that already, whole ip range seems to be blocked

    I got this problem too sometimes. For me it´s resolved everytime after I rebooted so maybe you can try this next time too.

    I use E-Gold and Paypal but only on a Static IP address SO I never had problems with them.

    You should never log in using a proxy because people might be able to find out about your password and use it to access your account. Best is try to contact your ISP and arrange for another IP address or find someone you can trust and then login through his/her computer.
