I love to brew and drink bitters and pales, probably more than any other style. My bitters I serve on cask, at home, with an English beer pull engine. Here's one: -Uses First Gold dwarf hops and a prodgious amount of raw, flaked barley for a "fresh fields" character, true strong bitter. My imperial IPA: One malt - Maris-Otter, and prodigious American and English hops from kettle through to dry hopping in the cask. Massive fresh hop aroma and taste.

Even though much of the time I do not agree with Mia, I would definitely not call him an idiot. I can try to figure out what your point is, I however would prefer you simply make a well thought out post as to what it is. I can guess to what peoples intent are on any number of threads, I however prefer to let them explain it.
