PayPal withdraw to Credit Card failure

Hi,
I verified my Credit Card yesterday and i tried to withdraw my money to my Credit Card, but i get the following message:

You cannot withdraw money via credit card right now because your 
access to your PayPal account has been limited.

think even after u use the card u get u get a number right to ur card and u need to enter that pin only then the limit is removed have u done that?

 

Yes , i entered the 4 digits number and the Credit Card is verified at the moment.

It does not say why my account is limited and why can't i withdraw money.
After the verification of my Credit Card, the limit was removed.
I have nothing in my Resolution Center.

 

I sent them an email explaining the problem.
They got back to me saying everything is ok.
But i still can't withdraw money to my Credit Card...

I get the same error.

Don't know what to do next.
Any sugestions?

I got the second email from them saying:

I am sorry for the frustration that this issue has caused you. We
are aware of this issue and I sincerely regret the inconvenience it has
caused you. Our technicians are working to resolve this matter. We
appreciate your patience and understanding.

paypal does this, is a scam they pull to hold money if you have done nothing wronge. If you have disputes going on in your account then that is another reason why your account is limited

 

What you mean by the limit was removed? So your account isn´t limited anymore?

Where are you from? There are only few countries which allow withdraw to credit card, about 30 I think in the Asian area mostly.

 

I have no disputes in my account. Everything is as clear as possible.

The send / withdraw limit was removed. But my account is still limited ( i can't withdraw money to my CC).
They allow CC withdraw in my country.

I got another email from them today.
They were saying:

...We have forwarded
this issue to the relevant department for investigation. You will be
notified if any further action required. We appreciate your patience and
understanding regarding this matter.
