Adsense referal

    My sister in law wants to join adsense.She has a recipes blog.I have some questions:
    1.Can i refer her to adsense through my adsense referal link?
    2.Do recipes related keywords pay well?How much is the cost per click?
    3.If unfortunatley she gets banned due to some reasons,will i get banned as well as we dont stay at the same place but have same surname?
    4.Lastly can we log on into our respective adsense accounts through same ip address?
