Is this allowed by Adsense?

Hi,
I want to know if it's allowed by ADsense, to put those ads in above and beneath the image.

Please see the images i have added

If it's not allowed, what should i do so it can by allowed, to write sponsor as title above the ad?

By the way, on the second image "2.jpg", the bottom ad you can see another ad, from another ad company - is it also allowed?

 

The above ad is okay
but i think the second one will not be allowed ,coz it will confuse ppl

and if it's not allowed, if i will put a "Ad buy (company)" it will be allowed?

I would say that you are ok with both. I have seen the single line adsense used in much more questionable ways and these websites seem to be doing very well with Google

I know adsense allow 3, i have only 2 from adsense, the third is another ad company..

but should not look similar

 

For clarity:
Adsense ads can be placed along images just as long as the image(s) is not misleading or if the image draws undue attention to the ads.

This placement is really good. I think there should be no problem with the placement. Just try with some colour changes and keep a good CTR.

 

Both ads are okay. The Ads by Google text is clear so no problems.

 

I guess both of them are ok.. but, you might want to put a line (separator) between the image and the link unit just to make sure.
