Is it possible to buy clicks?

    Do sites exist where you can buy actual clicks for your advertisements displayed on your website?
    And also would that be against rules?

    no, that is called click fraud and is 99% of the time against a programs TOS, unless specified otherwise don't you will get banned from the program, waste money and cause people problems that they shouldn't have, its a one way ticket to being banned from all reputable programs.

    No it's not allow. It's called fraud and using incentives to try and fraud a programs advertisers out of their hard earned money.

    but the real question is do people really not hire such clickers ? Its illegal i accept that but isnt it prevalent ?

    You have to think about the advertiser and the money they are paying....by doing what you are asking you are stealing there money....

    Haha, that was called click fraud and against all ads TOS. Better just don't do that. You will get ban easily by either GA or other ads company.
