    Hello,

    I would like to say.
I am not sure if my affilite Manager is a good one.

It seems that he tries to help me but I think I need something more.
I have only had one Affilite Manager so I don't know how great the current one I have is.

I would like to really get serious about PPC and CPA, and I feel that he is hindering me perce.

Please leave any feed back if you have any about this affilite manager.

    Thank you.

How exactly is Jesse hindering you?

I've had him as an AM for a few months now, and he's pretty responsive to any of my requests, whether it be for different landing pages, advice on different offers in the same niche, or trying to figure out which new offers I should try.

I'd also like to know how he is hindering you...I've had him for a few months as well, and I talk to him a few times a week about "what's new"

    Oftentimes he even approaches me

He's usually pretty good about giving me feedback on landing pages, tips on keywords, "hot" offers, etc.

Jesse has been very helpful to me - I've had him about 2 months and I'm definitely satisfied.

That being said, I always thought he was a she (we haven't spoken on the phone) - oh well, whether Jesse is a guy or girl s/he is a great AM. :)

Yeah, I know that now :)

I know a few Jessie's so I guess the first time I saw his name I didn't realize there was a letter missing...because Jesse is obviously a guy.

Anyways, as I said I enjoy working with HIM

Looks like a case of exaggerated expectations more than a case of an nonsupporting AM.

Every Affiliate Manager will be a little different... some good things some bad things. I've had two affiliate Managers at Azoogle... one that called like once or twice per week (annoying) and one I hardly ever speak with. (I like less communication)

I think the bottom line is you need to communicate to that person what they can do for you. Also explain how you like to communicate and how often. I know this won't be perfect but it's a big step in the right direction.

BTW... Last week I meet *Adam Alter* (Azoogle Affiliate Manager) at a party in Las Vegas. This dude seemed cool... wasn't pimping his stuff too hard and was very knowledgeable about offers.

Just remember this man ... you are new ... don't expect him to hold you by the hand ... get bigger and you'll get more attention.

AMs have a priority list, especially at Azoogle

I agree, they are going to help you to an extent, but don't expect them to layout a golden plan for success in front of you.

I think his expectations and idea of what AMs are there for are off.

    Haha, I agree.

I never thought he was a bad affilite manager.
I just didn't know if there were others out there.
I would like contact with mine everyday to see how I am doing, because in the end, I will become one of the top at Azoogle. Just watch. XD

... People, no longer think that I think he is a bad manager!
He is all well and dandy!
I just had a rather different idea of what my affilite manager should do.
I also understand about how they have different levels of support for their affilies. XD

Jess is NOT my AM at Azoogle...
But I don't think that you have a point to complain like that! (specially in a public forum)...

Affiliate managers are actually *employees* at their firms...
Nearly ALL of their responses/replies/strategies etc... are monitored by: BOSS! :)

So... if you have a specific problem with one of them.. then find your way to
    complain to his/her BOSS!

Needless to say... if the boss is getting only YOUR complain (and probably so many good
feedbacks about him/her)... then you'll turn out not having a point at all.

    My $0.02
    Tim

I never said he was bad in the first place.
I was just wondering if he was for others.
My view of people is different, and that made me think that perhaps other AM's where different.

He is all well and dandy. =D

If you look my my first place, you will see I asked questions or I said a statement in a questioning state. I did not claim anything. I was just wondering, I did not know other ways of putting it. o.o
