Need a new logo done. $7.00 for the logo

    I had one done but it wasnt done the right size so I need someone who can fix this problem for me. I want something similar to this one but I also want the person to put it on the forum for me. I want it done like this but with a different blue maybe lighter and more going on in the background.

    Payment via paypal and I need it now not in 3 days. Thanks
