I could list about 1/2 dozen or so newbies that have come in in a recent rush to post nonsense and attack people.. Many of them re-up when they are banned... So about 90% of those posting this crap are the same ones posting this crap. Yeah, because no one hate American until Bush... Sure.. The thread was designed to get a rise out of people... Sorry to burst your bubble there iggy, but Bush was not President during the Vietnam war. The US under a democratic controlled administration went in there to bail out the French. I am a true American and will ALWAYS stand behind my country. Sure, we have had times where we have been naughty, but what country hasn't had that? I'm being a lazy American right now, but I'm sure I could find tons and tons of links pointing to some naughty history for your country too Iggysick (and a lot of what your country has done stemmed from the leaders of the time).... What makes America so great is that we have so many people who are patriots, that will defend the country with their last breath. We want change, we want a better life for every American AND the world. You don't see OUR people immigrating in droves to other countries because their government oppresses them/is corrupt, that would never happen here. Instead, people immigrate HERE for a reason. We would take a stand and fight with everything we had to keep this country free.... And you really haven't given STRONG reasons why you hate America so much. Just a thought here — a big percentage of us Americans are transplanted Europeans. We inherited our "world-dominating" personalities from our former neighbors in imperial Spain, the colonizing British Empire, Nazi Germany, and other historical aggressive European nations. Hmm, wait...no, that kind of oppression is actually what the original American colonies came to break away from.
I think you are being intellectually dishonest here. Your first post in this thread clearly states that you are an anti-American European BECAUSE the citizens of the US chose Bush twice, hence saying you dislike the US's general public, which means you dislike Americans, on top of the government.
