What is the 3 most important things to you in a web host?

I have been thinking about this for a while now, not just today, but literally months. Trying to provide my customers with the best experience possible. I like to think I do a good job. But every so often I wonder what I could do better, or what other companies could do better too. So I'm asking: What are the 3 most important things to you (a consumer) when you purchase web hosting?

I only have two most important things that I would like to receive from a host and that is good support and reliability.

How would you measure Honesty before it's too late? Just curious . . .

I got screwed by 1&1 for years before I found out they lied to me about all kinds of crap.

thats how you find out, but you can find out by looking the host up on google and see what turns up. ipowerweb screwed me for 3 years before i got out.
if i looked on the net, there are a shit load of sites about how bad they are.

Yeah, when we first started creating web sites we used ipowerweb too and their reliability SUCKED big time. I had sites that were down for days. I think we only stuck around with them for about a year or less.

See my post here for what we use now and are VERY happy with them.
