The Israelis weren't ready to let the Nazis round them up. In May 1967, Egypt expelled the United Nations Emergency Force (UNEF) from the Sinai Peninsula, which had been stationed there since 1957 (following the 1956 Sinai invasion by Israel), to provide a peace-keeping buffer zone. Egypt amassed 1000 tanks and 100,000 soldiers on the border, closed the Straits of Tiran to all ships flying Israeli flags or carrying strategic materials, and called for unified Arab action against Israel.
Threatening some one and pointing weapons is attacking first. Eyypt expelled the UN PEACE KEPPING FORCE and massed troops and tanks You are wrong. The Arabs attacked first and lost.
This is not an attack, anybody can mass their army on anypart of their territory. But do you even know what made them do that?
Not only that Israel attacked first but they attacked when they were sure that the Arabs will not attack them. Read.
You have to understand that all the anti-american rhetoric and terrorism is a losing game. If the Palestinians were smart they would take as much as they can get as soon as possible. The Palestinans will never learn. Here's a timline showing how they are going backward. The Palestinains started out with 50% of the land and today they will be lucky to get 15% War and Terrorism has caused the Palestinans to llose most of what they had back in 1947. 1947: Under a 1947 UN-sanctioned plan to partition Palestine, Israel would have been established on 55% of the former territory, and without a significant transfer of population the Jews in that territory would have scarcely exceeded the Arab population there. 1948: The 1948 war ended with Israel in control of 78% of the former Palestine, with a Jewish-Arab ratio of 6:1. 1967 Six Day War - Palestinans lose control of entire East Jerusalem, West bank and Gaza. 1999 - Barak offers Palestinians eventual control of over 90 percent of the West Bank and 100 percent of the Gaza The West Bank and the Gaza Strip comprise a mere 22 percent of pre-1947 Palestine. http://www.yaleherald.com/article.php?Article=1216 2007 - Today the Palestinians will be lucky if they can get 60% of the West Bank and Gaza "Israeli Defence Minister Ehud Barak has been quoted by an Israeli newspaper as saying that a peace deal with the Palestinians anytime soon is "fantasy". http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/middle_east/6940579.stm
After 40 and some years of fighting I wouldn't call it losing game. Jews used terrorism to create Israel so why wouldn't everyone else use same methods?
A play on words to tactically deny that the warriors of the religion of peace really were actually the ones causing war, great. The attacks as you describe by Israel were in defense & were very successful, the aggressors failed miserably. There is a word for this type of thing it beings with a T or is that a K, GTech?
Of course massing your tanks on the border while simultaneously calling for an attack is a casus belli.
You may say what ever you want now. You called me a liar and now trying to twist history to prove your words. How typical for a people of your kind. Israel attacked first and they attacked when they were sure that Arabs will not attack. Learn history. It may help.
"The area where the operation was taking place is a main launching ground for rocket and mortar assaults on army bases and the Israeli-controlled Sufa crossing into Gaza." http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20071211/ap_on_re_mi_ea/israel_palestinians
