Would this not still be a scandal worthing news story? Wouldn't the outcry be just as loud?

Yes, you only have to click 'find all posts....' and have a read through to see the extent of his racism and bigotry, but i doubt they even give him infractions, let alone ban him. I got an infraction for 'alleging' devilhelz had left someone a certain rep, quite sad really. Its also funny how he keeps saying, go away to anyone that doesnt share his perverted ideologies. I suppose if you read anything out of context, or do Google searches on touchy subjects which is likely what leads people like you and others here, you are going to find just about any result you want. It's obvious to me that you are a young, confused kid, that for some reason gets his kicks off attacking other people. I feel extremely sorry for you. You should really be out with people your own age, having fun, and enjoying your youth. Everyone here gets and infraction at one time or another.. It is not the end of the world. Think of it as a warning.. I demerit if you will... Get too many, and you are gone.. My guess is you are close to being gone. You might try being nicer to other people here, and contributing to the discussion instead of attacking everyone. I would hope the outcry would be even louder. Our operatives, in order to protect themselves, those they are in contact with, and the missions can not be outed. Even if they did something wrong 'this is my opinion' they can be brought to justice without outing them if done properly. I am not saying they did anything wrong, just putting that thought out there. I however don't see why it would be so difficult to protect the identities of the operatives, nor why would those without clearance be able to see them anyways? Modern tech makes blocking faces and distorting voices extremely easy.
er, because names have been leaked before, allegedly by the present administration... I guess it is really difficult to say either way... On the one hand tapes could have been destroyed under the guise of protecting the identities of the operatives... On the other hand, they could have been destroyed to hide something more.. I guess we will never know.. I would imagine a great number of people had access to these tapes and there are likely going to be people will to testify as to their content. We may never know...
If one is not doing anything wrong than there would be no need to hide anything right? So why all the fuss? Could they have done something wrong to hide? Hmmmm... If a killer knew he is not doing anything wrong than why would he try to hide the body and destroy the evidence?
We are not talking about killers / murderers here though.. I'm not sure that is a fair analogy. There may be even more that they were trying to protect. Perhaps they wanted to protect the interorgation techniques in use. Not necessarily the legality of it, but perhaps they just did not want the enemy finding out what particular methods are used.
With that logic though, we should not have any paper work or video or anything as someone might get their hands on it. I just don't see these arguments holding any water personally.
