hi guys, i dont know where to post this thread hope im on the rite place.. ok then,the reason i open this thread coz i want to see the feedback from DP members..how far giving up a review copy helps your sale or give a good impression to your site.. or when you try to sale something they ask for a review copy but at the end they forgot about it and when you try to reach them and PM them they dont reply to you or explain to you... and what are the model that suit to become a reviewer? do we need to make a team of reviewer or what? feedback and suggestion needed regards seifer
Reviews is immportant. I won't buy any ebook without any opinion about it? You should give review copy to people who have many post and good iTrader. They are thrusted, so they give good opinion about your product.
If you're going to give copies out for review, you should take the time to find people you want reviews from yourself. You'll be more likely to get the results you're looking for that way.
It bugs me. I reach a thread and some newer members grab a review first. They write about 1 line saying useless feedback and tell us nothing we didnt already know. When I (a reputable member with a brain) ask for a review I give detailed feedback to possible other buyers on what the ebook contains, how hard it is to follow, how useful it is, whether I would recommend buying it or not etc etc. People just go to every thread these days, get the free review then try secretly selling it on for less than it was up for sale for. shocking...
I would say one demo review copy of what its about thats it. Don't actually give the person the whole thing free.
Not even people with many i-traders and post leave good revies. 90% of the morons on DP have no idea how to leave a feeback. They just say that its good and worth the price. Not even worth my time to read their reviews.
Review copies are a waste of time. Most people on here who ask for reviews are justing looking for something for free. If you want one review, ask a member personal that you see around on here that seems honest and will follow through. I reported one who posted on my thread, but now, over 12 hours later, their post is still not deleted, so I'm sure they haven't gotten the infraction.
i would be careful who you are calling a moron, moron. the moron selling, and wanting the review is the person that needs to do their homework on who they are asking to review the product. if you ask n00bs like yourself, you wont get many people taking what he reviewed as an honest opinion, most would think it's a friend just helping with a scam. trust me he got an infraction, but are you complaining because his post was not deleted? thats a free bump to your thread, so why bitch? you have a lot to learn about DP if it was deleted, your thread would go back to page 6 and not be seen.
They do have a place but people need to say X number of review copies available and report every post asking for them after they are gone. Also people need to actually look at the details of the itrader and rep cause I know alot of newer people have way more itrader than me because they'll sell a billion MMR for $1 and thats part of the problem. If you write a good ebook you should charge the correct price not deflate your price because people are used to getting 170 for $5. So the solution is dont sell MMR(we all already have it) and report posts.

If you have not noticed, over 80% of DP memeber honestly cannot stand you due to your remarks. You have to shove your ego up your self. Another thing, learn how to make sense, re-read your first paragraph over again, you wrote exactly how a 4th grader would, disregarding every rule. You barely make a single thing on the internet, your knowledge on Internet Marketing is close to null, you don't even hold 10% of what I know and make. And Samantha, I am not afraid to take you on. I think reviews are required from a few senior Digital Point members - who's going to buy something without some feedback. In fact, people that have reviewed my eBooks have helped me greatly, and even privately suggested some things that could be improved. Without reviews, business would decline greatly on here.

What I dislike about e-book reviews here is that the reviews don't explain enough, some reviews seem to be good only because the reviewer knows the e-book author, and false reviews where someone states with in 24 hours that the e-book's method works, but yet the method will take time to prove that it works.
