This may or may not be a scam, but it definitely smells a lot like one. Nearly all the bad liars on DP who sell stuff use the excuse "my computer is down", "our network has crashed", "the internet doesn't work very well in this remote Guatemalan village where I live" et cetera ad nauseum. People on DP aren't stupid you know?

I mean, ffs, even if by the remotest chance that it was true and you really do only have internet access for 10 minutes per day - why on Earth would you offer a Stumbling service, 50 Stumbles from different IPs no less?!

And again, throwing sense out the window, assuming you are telling the truth - why should I expect that you could do the job if I gave you another single week when you haven't managed to do the job in two weeks?


And last and most importantly, this is the warning to DPers - if anyone on DP or anywhere else gets you to pay them with PayPal then strings you along for two weeks, giving you nothing at all for your money, then asks you to wait another week, ALWAYS SAY NO! After 20 days you cannot dispute the payment with PayPal, your money is lost.

So blackaddertheii, I'm sorry if you're honest usually and your life is just messed up at the moment or something and you haven't had time to do the job, but no I will not wait another week. Can you please refund my money today or I will have to dispute it with PayPal. No hard feelings or anything, I just don't like throwing money away.

NO, that still puts it past 20 days I've waited. Just refund the money please. I'm going to open a dispute now seeing as you haven't done this already.

 

I can't believe you haven't given me my money back, it's only $33 - is it really worth all the hassle just for that? Well I've opened a dispute at PayPal like I said I would, you can't say I didn't give you plenty of chances.

 

Although its not related to this thread , I would like to complain about blackaddertheii .
She/he said that she would pay 25$ if i signed up through his affiliate link on hostgator.
I register and requested payment. It never came . I sent more pms requesting payment or asking to at least reply , he only did under the threat of a negative Itrader and report to DP admins.
Then he comes with BS that my account is Frauded but then why do i have still hosting then?
If someone wants some proof about the deal and that i still have a hostgator account , i will gladly send it too them.

Frankly i dont care about the money but i dont want to see scammers roaming around DP.

Well here it is,

The way that happenings have been going on people might believe that I'm a scammer, but I assure you that this is not true.
I now, that the sequence of events is highly suspicious and leads to a lot of uncertainty. I took on Astroman's task a couple of weeks ago and he paid promptly, unfortunately due to personal matters, I totally forgot.
For the past week, I have only been able to access the comp. for about 5 mins a day till the middle of the week after which I totally got cut off, so I couldn't read any developments at all.

@Astroman: I can still stumble the URLs you provided, should I do so udner the understanding that you shall close the dispute AFTER I have stumbled?

@havoc21392: Please get out of this thread, sure enough you signed up but you forgot to mention a couple of things:
1) You have multiple accounts with HostGator.
2) I gave you evidence enough.
Anyways, this matter doesn't belong to this thread, I shall be more than happy to take this up via PM or in your thread itself.
