    The content is 100% unique and is handwritten by a partner of mine.
    I did the coding and design and made it easy to add new pages and altering the code for Adsense. It's only 1 file that needs to be changed and your adsense code is on all the pages.

    Startingbid : $40
    increase: $10
    Reserve :yes

    The name is registered with Godaddy so a free push if you have an account there. If you need help setting it up at your server that is no problem.
    Site is new so asume no income and no traffic.

    Will announce auction end and BIN later.

    Would be interested, however unfortunately the domain is misspelled (sanfransisco instead of san francisco). Was this intentional?
