how to know if a domain is banned by google?

    No, this means it's not cached. When you register a new domain you can't find it using that method, yet it isn't banned.

    If it's got a stack of backlinks and pages indexed in all other engines, but none in Google there's a possibility it's banned.

    If the domain is younger than 1 week, there is no real reason to worry.

    Look at the history of the domain to see if the previous owner used it for activites such as spamming.

    Look to see how many backlinks it has.

    See if the domain is indexed by other search engines.

    View your stats to see if spiders are able crawl your site.
