@ Will.Spencer - No, sorry. Your site is commercial, and I'm not doing this for money. I'm only doing this as a service to people who are interested in or support Ron Paul.

Ron Paul is Pro Business and Pro Charity.

I am doing this as a charitable work, not a business or fund raising endeavor.

But don't let that stop you from donating to the only honest candidate with the support of the American people, not global corporations and special interests.

I consider myself pretty desensitized to whats going on in the middle east and in the US government today but when I watched that speech by Reagan I actually cried to think what has become of my country. I sometimes wish I could go back to when I was a child in Social Studies class and ask the right questions, maybe it wouldn't effect me so strongly if I had not been taught so much about what my country was supposed to stand for and had been taught a bit more about how those principles have been diminished almost from the moment the Declaration of Independence was written.

I kinda doubt there will be 100,000 donating even if thats the target. I think what they should of done is have people donate $234 since its been 234 yrs since the tea party. That way they only need like 40,000 to meet their target.

Generally, money bombs bring in 2 x the amount of pledges.

100,000 is a high goal, but a realistic set of expectations are

    1) to beat the Nov 5th total
    2) to beat the best fund raising day between both parties this cycle ($6.2 million, H. Clinton)

Since so many people have been saving up, I anticipate this fund raiser will raise more then the average pledge of $100.

I hope so. I've put $300 aside myself and if everyone does the same we only need like 33,000 people or so.

IMO he needs to get the word out more about his 2nd ammendment stance.

I also love the fact that he got booed last night! He will not pander like the others, gives me more respect for the guy. It 'may' make it more difficult to get him elected, I however am so sick of phonies. 1/2 the reason I like him ;)

Plans are underway to call on the big money supporters with a significant base to make this happen. Last time around, Dr. Mercola emailed his list of 1.3 million subscribers, and Peter Schiff sent out a wonderful email to his 60,000 subscribers, "Betting on America".

    ** SPECIAL UPDATE **

Ron Paul will be on NOW (PBS) and here is a preview of the coverage on the Revolution. Looks to be one of the most fair and unbiased accounts so far. Go figure it would take PBS to get it right.

Check out the exciting preview, here

That's great it airs right before the tea party!

He's about to explode in to the mainstream... the rest, as they say, is history......

Hopefully one day soon people will realize RP isn't the moron some are so quick to assume he is.

Look at all the other 'regular' politicians - fine mess they've got us in.

    It's time for something new.

ps. Also people seem to think we want to elect RP king or that we agree with everything he says - this is not true !

I don't think people assume he is a moron, instead, they view him as eccentric. But that's been very carefully cultivated by the media. They call him a Libertarian, at times at the expense of identifying him as a Republican candidate. And they go out of their way to ask him about 3rd party runs, and inform the audience that he has no chance to win.

The irony is that "something new" is actually something very traditional and American. A nation of laws, and a healthy respect for individual freedom.

Not specifically about the RP campaign, but related to the trans-national tollway he mentioned: Truth be Tolled

Operation NH PAC has 3 more ads to air, and the fund raising is really starting to take off.

    http://www.operationnh.com/ (Scroll down)

The first ad was created by the PAC, and the last 5 are all created by supporters.
