Including the cpanel & whatever charges for the month , i would require 500gb bandwidth for the month with 50gb space, since i am starting out , i am looking for just one month right now as im not sure about the profit expectations, however if all goes well i would be looking at a long term with the vps host. I would also need the host to move my existing data from the current host to the vps (around4-5gb) as my bandwidth is pretty poor. Please let me know your offers.

Well, running cpanel on 128 MB/256 MB RAM would not be a very good idea because it is pretty resource intensive!!
I think that small dedicated will suit you fully and give you more independence for the around same price. IMO.
I can offer hosting in The Netherlands, I have 2GB DDR(512mb dedicated to you), I can offer 600GB transfer, 30GB hd space, but I have direct admin as I like it a lot better than CPANEL all for $45 a month. You can add extra hard drive space for $10 for 15GB/month. so 45GB would be $55 a month..
